I am a big fan of mixing patterns and colors on T+T whether it's via their footwear or clothing -- and they can totally get away with it. Do you or your kids own a pair of Hunter rain boots or "wellies" yet? I love mine. I feel like I can splash through anything. The boys feel that way too, they love jumping in puddles and stomping through dirt. My fave part about these boots is that they look good with a dress, denim or a pair of leggings. I've done it all, and it looks good everytime.
